Step 16:  Pull the end of the wire up until it points vertically, away from your table. 

Step 17:  Remove the wire component from your jig and cut the excess wire.  At this point your wire component should appear as shown below-left.  If you need to, you can use bent chain nose pliers to squeeze the cut end of the wire until it is flat against the remainder of the wire component. 

Step 18:  Make two of the 3:1 wire components using the above instructions. 

Step 19:  Here are the steps required to finish this 3 strand necklace. 

• Connect the single loop in the 3:1 wire component to your clasp via a wrapped bead link.
• String three strands of beads onto bead stringing wire. 
• Connect each end of a strand of beads to the appropriate loop in the 3:1 wire component.
