The
5 loop wire component appears as shown at right. The steps to make
this wire component are described below.Step 9: Cut a piece of 18 gauge wire 2 3/4 inches long. Step 10: Using round nose pliers or step jaw pliers, make a loop in the end of this wire segment with the flush cut.
Step 12: Position pegs 4 and 5 in your jig. Place the initial loop on peg 4 and wrap the wire around peg 5. Push the wire far enough that it will rest adjacent to the empty hole for peg 6 with no pressure applied. Step 13: Add peg 6 and wrap the wire around peg 6 leaving the wire adjacent to the hole for peg 7 with no pressure applied. Step 14: Add peg 7 and wrap the wire around peg 7 leaving the wire adjacent to the hole for peg 8 with no pressure applied. Step 15: Add peg 8 and wrap the wire around peg 8.
