The 4 loop wire component appears as shown at right.  The steps to make this wire component are described below.

Step 17:  Cut a piece of 18 gauge wire 2 1/4 inches long. 

Step 18:  Using round nose pliers or step jaw pliers, make a loop in the end of this wire segment with the flush cut.

Step 19:  Hold the wire by the loop and straighten the wire by pulling it repeatedly through the jaws of your nylon jaw pliers. 

Step 20:  Position pegs 9 and 10 in your jig.  Place the initial loop on peg 9 and wrap the wire around peg 10.  Push the wire far enough that it will rest adjacent to the empty hole for peg 11 with no pressure applied. 

Step 21:  Add peg 11 and wrap the wire around peg 11 leaving the wire adjacent to the hole for peg 12 with no pressure applied. 

Step 22:  Add peg 12 and wrap the wire around peg 12. 

Step 23:  Remove the wire from your jig and cut the excess wire.  Close the final loop with your bent chain nose pliers.  Finish the piece by squeezing the wire component in the jaws of your nylon jaw pliers.
