3 Loop Wire Component for 3 Tier Earrings Jewelry Making ProjectThe 3 loop wire component appears as shown at right.  The steps to make this wire component are described below.

Step 24:  Cut a piece of 18 gauge wire 1 1/2 inches long. 

Step 25:  Using round nose pliers or step jaw pliers, make a loop in the end of this wire segment with the flush cut.

Peg Pattern for 3 Loop Wire Component of 3 Tier Earrings Jewelry Making Project.Step 26:  Hold the wire by the loop and straighten the wire by pulling it repeatedly through the jaws of your nylon jaw pliers. 

Step 27:  Position pegs 13 and 14 in your jig.  Place the initial loop on peg 13 and wrap the wire around peg 14.  Push the wire far enough that it will rest adjacent to the empty hole for peg 15 with no pressure applied. 

Step 28:  Add peg 15 and wrap the wire around peg 15. 

3 Loop Wire Component for 3 Tier Earrings Jewelry Making ProjectStep 29:  Remove the wire from your jig and cut the excess wire.  Close the final loop with your bent chain nose pliers.  Finish the wire component by squeezing the wire in the jaws of your nylon jaw pliers to flatten and harden the piece.
