Step 24: Cut a piece of 18 gauge wire 1 1/2 inches long. Step 25: Using round nose pliers or step jaw pliers, make a loop in the end of this wire segment with the flush cut.
Step 27: Position pegs 13 and 14 in your jig. Place the initial loop on peg 13 and wrap the wire around peg 14. Push the wire far enough that it will rest adjacent to the empty hole for peg 15 with no pressure applied. Step 28: Add peg 15 and wrap the wire around peg 15. This completes the four wire components necessary to make these earrings. On the following web page we will address how to assemble these wire components into the earrings. |
