Now we have made two wire components and we are ready to begin assembling the earrings.  The two wire components are shown at right.

5 Plus 1 Beaded Chandelier Earrings Jewelry Making Project Top and Semi-circular Wire Components

Step 16:  Open the loop on one end of the top wire component and insert one end loop on the semi-circular wire component, then close the loop in the top wire component.  Use bent chain nose pliers to open and close that loop.

Step 17:  On the opposite end of the top wire component, open the end loop.  Also open the loop on the opposite end of the semi-circular wire component.  With both loops open, connect these two wire components and close both loops.  Once connected the two wire components will appear as shown at right.

Step 18:  Now we need to make the modified figure 8 connector to connect the earring body to the ear wire finding.  Cut a segment of wire 1inch long and make the connector as described here.

Step 19:  Using your bent chain nose pliers, open one loop in the modified figure 8 connector and connect it to the top loop in the top wire component.  Once connected, close that loop with your bent chain nose pliers.

Step 20:  Now connect your ear wire finding to the top loop in the modified figure 8 connector by opening the loop, making the connection and then closing the loop.
