Step 7:  Remove the wire from your jig.  It should appear as shown at right. 

Step 8:  At this point we need to use our round nose pliers to convert the loops in this wire to eye loops.  This is done by grasping the wire with your round nose pliers slightly on one side of the center of the loop.  See the picture below-left for where to grasp the wire. 

Step 9:  While firmly holding the wire component with your round nose pliers in your non-dominant hand, use your dominant hand to bend the wire between the two loops down as shown below-center. 

Step 10:  We need to do the same thing for the loop on the other end.  Grasp the wire as shown below-right, with the round nose pliers in your non-dominant hand.
