Step 16:  Push the wire up and over the upper jaw of your round nose pliers.  This is the first step in making a loop. 

Step 17:  Relax your grip on the wire and reposition the wire as shown below-left.  This will allow you to complete the loop in the next step. 

Step 18:  Push the wire the rest of the way around to complete a loop.  View the loop before removing your pliers.  Adjust the loop left or right so that it is centered. 

Step 19:  Remove the wire from your pliers.  At this point, your wire should appear as shown below center-right. 

Step 20:  Add your clasp to the loop.  You may need to open the loop slightly by bending one side of the loop up with your bent chain nose pliers.
