 Step 16: At this point we are ready to add our bead or beads to dangle from the loops at the center of the heart. First thread either a single 8mm bead or two 6mm beads onto a head pin, then make a bead dangle as shown here. Connect that bead dangle to the loops in the center of the heart.
Step 17: Now you are ready to assemble the earrings.
Connect one figure 8 connector to the top of one side of the heart.
This is done by opening the end loop on
the figure 8 connector using your bent chain nose pliers as described here.
Once the loop is open, connect it to the heart shaped wire component and
close that loop, also using your bent chain nose pliers. While
keeping your chain from becoming twisted, open the end loop on the figure
8 connector on the opposite end of the chain and connect that figure 8
connector to the opposite side of the heart.

Once
the loop is in position, close the loop using your bent chain nose pliers.
Step
18: Find the center link in your chain, and connect this link to
the loop in your commercial ear wire finding. Making the connection
is accomplished by opening the loop in the ear wire finding using your
bent chain nose pliers, connecting that open loop to the chain, then
closing the loop in your ear wire finding. Again, opening and
closing loops is done using your bent chain nose pliers. Your
finished earring should appear as shown at left if you used 8mm beads, or
as shown at right if you used 6mm beads.
