Step 16:  To continue making the wrapped loop you need to push the wire up and over the jaw of your round nose pliers as shown at right.  You are not able to complete the loop in this step because the jaws of the pliers prevent it.

Step 17:  In order to complete this loop, you first need to relax your grip on the wire and reposition the wire as shown below-left.  Once the wire is in this position, then grip the wire again with your round nose pliers. 

Step 18:  Push the wire around the jaw of your round nose pliers as shown below-center. 

Step 19:  Remove the wire from your pliers.  The end of the knitted chain should appear as shown below-right.
