Step
14: The smaller square wire component is connected to the larger
square wire component by a medium sized jump ring. Open the jump
ring using your bent chain nose pliers and slide both loops in the square
wire components in the jump ring, then close the jump ring again using two
pairs of chain nose pliers.
Step 15: The top of the larger square wire component is connect to your ear wire finding by a modified figure 8 connector. Use the same wire to make this connector as you used to make your jump ring. Instructions for making the modified figure 8 connector can be found here. Step 16: Using your bent chain nose pliers, open one loop in the
modified figure 8 connector and connect it to the top of the larger square
wire component then close the loop. Open the opposite loop on the
modified figure 8 connector and connect it to
Step 17: The last step in making this earring is making a bead dangle to hang in the middle of the earring. This can be done with either a wrapped loop or an open loop. You can find information on making a bead dangle here. Make the bead dangle so that the bead hangs in the center of the small square wire component.
