Step 23 to Ovals Jewelry Wire & Beads Earrings Jewelry Making ProjectStep 23:  .  The final step in completing these earrings is to make a bead dangle and hang it from Ovals Jewelry Wire & Beads Earrings with 3 4mm Beadsthe initial/final loops in the earring body wire component.  In the picture at right, we used two 4mm crystal beads and two 2x4mm bugle beads.  In the picture at left, we used three 4mm beads separated by two 2x4mm bugle beads.

There are two techniques for making a bead dangle these techniques are described here and here.  Please note that you will use a head pin to make the bead dangle instead of the Queen of Clubs wire component described in these instructions.  Also note that you will need a large loop at the top of the bead dangle to fit around both loops in the ovals earring body wire component.

Add the bead dangle to both earrings.  This completes your Ovals Jewelry Wire & Beads Alternative Ovals Jewelry Wire & Beads EarringsEarrings.

Peg Pattern for Alternative Design for Ovals Jewelry Wire & Beads EarringsWe have a couple of Alternative designs that use the same steps in making the earrings.  The first alternative is the design shown at right.  This design uses one 1/4" Super Peg and one 3/8" Super Peg.  The pattern for these earrings is shown at left.  The steps in making these earrings are identical, with the exception that peg 3 in the pattern is a 3/8" Super Peg instead of the 1/4" Super Peg used in the earrings above.  For these earrings, since we have more room in the center of the earring body, we used our 7x18mm Pear Pendant Cubic Zirconia instead of beads.  The steps involved in hanging this cubic zirconia can be found here.  We recommend using 24 gauge round wire to create the hanger for this gemstone.

On the following web page we show a second alternative design.
