Step 4: Using the thumb from your non-dominant hand press and
hold the wire in position, while with your dominant hand you wrap the wire
around one of the pegs in this pattern.
Step 5: Reposition your thumb so that you can hold the wire in place
while you wrap the wire around the remaining peg in this pattern.
When completed your wire should
Step 6: Remove the wire from your jig.
One at a time, grasp one of the loops in your wire with your bent chain
nose pliers and rotate it 90 degrees as shown at left. After
completing this for the first loop, then perform the same step on the
second loop. When completed your wire should appear as shown
above-left.
Step 7: Now we need to grasp each loop, in turn with your bent chain
nose pliers, near the beginning of the loop, and bend the wire at that
point 45 degrees. Do this for both loops. When done correctly,
you can replace the wire on your jig as shown at right. Please note
that two of the pegs in this pattern have been
