In the ring shown above-right, we started the wrap on the right side of the ring as we view it by making a wrap around one of the sides of the square, then sliding this wrap into position, and continuing the wrap around both segments of the ring for 5 full wraps, then cutting the wire on the inside of the ring. On the left side of the ring above-right, we started the wrap with the cut end under the ends of the cut wire so that the end of the 22 or 24 gauge wire was hidden. We then wrapped around both segments of wire five full wraps, ending by cutting the wire inside the ring and squeezing the cut end flat. This ring design will accommodate a 6mm or an 8mm bead. When using a 6mm bead, you can also use size 11 seed beads on either side of the bead if desired. This presents the opportunity to make a matching set of earrings, necklace, bracelet and now ring all using the same beads. Good luck making your matching jewelry! Remember that making this ring is like trying to get to Carnegie Hall. You will need to practice, practice and practice. This isn't the easiest project to complete but with a little practice you can be successful.
