15: Now we begin to make the Vertical Wire Component using the 13"
piece of 12 gauge wire that we cut, made a loop in one end, and
straightened in steps 1-3. The peg pattern for making the Vertical
Wire Component is shown at left. Place your initial loop in the wire
on peg 7 and bend the wire against peg 4, then 3 and finally wrap the wire
around peg 6 as shown.
 Step 16: Remove the wire from your jig and cut the excess wire at the end. Close the final loop made on peg 6.
