17: Position your step jaw pliers (or round nose pliers if you don't have step jaw pliers) inside both loops as shown at right.
Grasp the wire securely with your pliers and begin wrapping the wire tail
around the point where the wires cross.
Step 20: Cut the excess wire with your flush cutter and close the
loop that you just made with your bent chain nose pliers. At this
point the raindrop wire component is
Step 21: Open both loops in the tiered wire component and connect
both loops to the raindrop wire component. Once connected, close
both loops. The earring body should now appear as shown at left
Step 22: Before adding the bead dangles, make a modified figure 8 connector as described here and connect this connector to the top loops in the earring body. This is done by opening the loop in the modified figure 8 connector using your chain nose pliers, then making the connection and closing the loop. The two loops at the top of the earring body are too large to directly connect to your ear wire finding so this modified figure 8 connector is required.
