Step 19 to Tiered Raindrop Earrings Jewelry Making DesignStep 19:  With the excess wire at the end of the wrap, use your round nose pliers and make a loop in the wire as shown at left.  This loop is used to hang the central bead dangle inside the Step 20 to Tiered Raindrop Earrings Jewelry Making Designraindrop wire component.

Step 20:  Cut the excess wire with your flush cutter and close the loop that you just made with your bent chain nose pliers.  At this point the raindrop wire component is Step 21 to Tiered Raindrop Earrings Jewelry Making Designcompleted and should appear as shown at right.

Step 21:  Open both loops in the tiered wire component and connect both loops to the raindrop wire component.  Once connected, close both loops.  The earring body should now appear as shown at left Tiered Teardrop Earrings Jewelry Making Project made with Swarovski Beadsand you are ready to begin adding the bead dangles.

Step 22:  Before adding the bead dangles, make a modified figure 8 connector as described here and connect this connector to the top loops in the earring body.  This is done by opening the loop in the modified figure 8 connector using your chain nose pliers, then making the connection and closing the loop.  The two loops at the top of the earring body are too large to directly connect to your ear wire finding  so this modified figure 8 connector is required.
