Step 4:  Thread two 2x2mm crimp beads onto your bead stringing wire.

Men's Beaded Necklace Jewelry Making Project Step 6Step 5:  Loop your bead stringing wire through the wrapped loop in your wire twice.

Step 6:  Now thread the end of your bead stringing wire back through one of the loops so that when you pull it tight, it will form Step 3 to Men's Beaded Necklace Jewelry Making Projecta knot.

Step 7:  Thread the end of the wire back through the two 2x2mm crimp beads.  At this point, your wire should appear as shown at left.  Men's Beaded Necklace Jewelry Making Project Step 8

Step 8:  Pull the wire tight, leaving about 1" of unused wire on the end.

Step 9:  Using your bead crimping pliers, crimp the bead closest to the wrapped loop first, then crimp the further crimp bead.  The process of crimping a crimp bead is shown here.  There are three sizes of crimping pliers.  Be sure to use the size that is made for your crimp beads.  2x2mm crimp beads work best with the standard size crimping pliers.

Men's Beaded Necklace Bead Stringing Project Step 10Step 10:  At this point we are ready to add our end cone to cover the crimp beads.  Thread the end of your wire through the hole in the end cone.  If you can slide the unused end of your Soft Touch into the hole in your beads, slide your beads to cover the unused wire tail.  If the end won't fit inside your beads given that one strand of wire is already threaded through these beads, cut the excess wire adjacent to your Men's Beaded Necklace Jewelry Making Design Step 11crimp bead.

Step 11:  Now we need to make a second wrapped loop in the wire.  This second loop will be used to connect to the clasp for the necklace.  Begin by grasping the wire immediately above the end cone with your bent chain nose pliers and bend the wire about 90 degrees.  Again, the technique for making a wrapped loop can be found here.
