| Step 16: At this point you are ready to connect your yoke to your necklace. There are many approaches that can be used here. You can use a wrapped bead link to connect this yoke into a "Chained Jewels" type of necklace replacing the yoke shown here. You can use Soft Flex or Soft Touch to connect to either side of this yoke to create a beaded necklace. A third alternative is to connect to two "catch" type loops as shown at right, allowing this V Shaped Yoke to be the center piece in a Interchangeable Necklace as shown at right. The Interchangeable Necklace jewelry making technique is discussed here along with the technique for making the catch on either end. |
