Gemstone Beads
Gemstone beads are, without question, some of the most beautiful beads in existence. Cut and faceted gemstones, whether natural or synthetic, can be absolutely gorgeous, filled with sparkle and luster, and easily made into rings, bracelets, earrings and necklaces. Tumbled natural gemstones can have beautiful “veins” that emphasize the eye-catching variety of colors within a single bead.
Gemstone Beads - Settings
Gemstone beads can be placed in a variety of settings for designing rings, earrings, bracelets, pendants and necklaces. There are snap-fit settings, where the gemstone is merely “snapped” into the setting as well as “wrap-tite” settings that engulf the widest part of the gemstone bead. Pinch bails are used to transform a gemstone bead into a pendant for hanging on a chain or into a drop for an earring. The design possibilities are limitless.
