Alternative Design: This alternative design is a necklace design. As shown at right, this design incorporates a pendant watch into the necklace. This necklace is about 24 inches long, with a 2 inch dangle connecting the watch. This allows enough length so that you can read the time on the watch. With these pendant watches, the face of the watch is upside down so that it will read properly for the wearer. This materials used to make this necklace are as follows:

| The peg pattern for making this necklace is shown at right. This pattern is shown on the WigJig Delphi, but the piece could just as easily be made on the WigJig Olympus or Olympus-Lite. The patterns shown make two sizes of "Flemish Spiral" wire component. The full size component, the pattern on the left, uses 1/4 inch Super Pegs for pegs 2 and 4 in the pattern. The small pattern on the right uses 3/16" Super Pegs for pegs 2S and 3S. For beginners, we recommend using only the full size pattern. For Intermediate wire workers both patterns can be used. |
