Alternative Design Continued: Step 5: Replace peg three in your
jig and wrap the wire around peg three as shown at right. Step 6: Add peg 4 to your jig and bend the wire against peg 4 as
shown at right. Sometimes this step is easier to accomplish when
using one of our extra long metal pegs (item 0447 for the Delphi). Step 7: Remove the wire from the jig and make the final loop in
the wire component. If you have Fine Step Jaw pliers, use the
initial step for making the final loop. Step 8: Cut the excess wire. As always, hold your flush cutters with the flat side toward the finished piece. |
