Step 1:  Position eight metal pegs in the WigJig Cyclops as shown at right.  (Do not add the 5/16" Super Peg at this time.)  The pegs with (R) are used for the Right Earring, the pegs with (L) are used for making the left earring.  The 5/16" Super Peg is used for both left and right earrings, but will be added later.

Step 2:  Now cut and straighten a 3" piece of 1/2 hard sterling silver, gold or gold-filled wire.

Step 3:  Now make a 1/2 loop in one end of the wire and place this loop over peg 1R on the Jig.  Pass the wire below peg 2R and bend it against peg 2R so that it passes to the right of peg 3R, as shown at right.

Step 4:  Remove the wire from the jig and add one or more beads.  One 6mm crystal bead followed by one metal 2.5mm bead works well.  Slide the beads onto the wire until they rest at the bend formed on peg 2R.
