Step 5: Cut and straighten a 4 inch piece of 18G Kelly Green
Artistic Wire Step 6: Grasp the wire with your round nose pliers
about 1 inch from the end of the wire, and make a "U" shaped bend in the
wire. Place the bottom of the "U" against the 3 1/4 turns of wire
and wrap the wire around the tangerine wire twice. When
competed the piece should appear as shown at right. |

Step 7: Using your round nose pliers, grasp the Kelly Green wire 3/4
inch above the "pumpkin".
Make a another "U" shaped bend at this point. When completed the
wire should appear as shown at right.

| Step 8: Wrap the wire tail around the "pumpkin" where it crosses. Use two turns around the "pumpkin". The stem of the pumpkin should now appear as shown at right. Finish the stem by cutting off the wire tails on both sides. |
