Step 9:  Now slowly twist the wire by holding the long metal peg and twisting the pliers around.  Continue twisting until the wire twists tightly extending all the way to the holes on either end.

Step 10:  When the twisting is completed, remove the long metal peg.  Hold the wire on one end with the step jaw pliers and wrap the wire tail around that end twice.  Remove the wire from the pliers and insert the pliers into the opposite end.  Wrap the wire tail around this end two times.  When completed your wire should appear as shown at right.

Step 11:  Cut the excess wire on either end.  Using bent chain nose pliers squeeze and tuck in the wire end where you cut.

Step 12:  Using your chain nose pliers and your step jaw pliers, hand finish the wire component.  Try to make both end loops as round as possible.
