Step 7:  Wrap the wire around the bottom left peg. 

Step8:  Now wrap the wire around the first peg, in the middle of the WigJig Cyclops as shown below.  Again, it will help make the wrap tighter by pushing the wire with your fingers close to the peg.

Step 9:  Remove the wire from the jig and cut the excess wire.  Close the loop that you just completed.  (Instructions for cutting wire can be found here, while instructions for opening and closing a loop can be found here.) 

Step 10:  Now using your round nose pliers with the same technique used to make an eye loop, convert both the initial and final loop in this wire component into eye loops.  The technique for making an eye loop can be viewed here
