| Step 5: Now grasp the vertical "legs" of this wire component at the bend created by the 3/16" Super Peg, with your bent chain nose pliers. Your pliers should be just below the bend on the straight wire segment. Use the thickness of the jaws of your bent chain nose pliers as a measuring point. Grasp the wire at the same point in the jaws of your pliers on both "legs" of the wire component and bend the wire horizontal. By holding the wire at the same point in the jaws of your pliers, the vertical wire length below the bend created by the 3/16" Super Pegs is identical. When completed, the wire should appear as shown at right. |

Step 6: Using your round nose pliers, grasp the wire near the bend you just created, but on the horizontal segment of wire. Now make a loop at this point. Do this on both sides of the wire component. When completed, your wire component should appear as shown at right. |
|
| Step 7: Using your flush cutter, cut the excess wire on both sides. Then using your bent chain nose pliers, close the loops that you just completed. The wire component should now appear as shown at right. |
