Step 5:  At this point we want to fix the shape of the wishbone.  We do this by wrapping fine gauge wire around the point where the two wires cross.  Begin this process by making a U shaped bend in a piece of 24 gauge wire.  Place the U against the point in the triangle where the wires cross and begin wrapping the wire.  Wrap about three times around.

Step 6:  Now we need to prepare the triangle for gluing the two end cap beads.  Because the 20G wire is slightly too large to fit into the end cap bead, we need to use a nail file, or jeweler's file to reduce the size of the end of the wire.  File both wire ends evenly all the way around.  This also provides a better grip for the glue.  Test the end cap beads to make sure that they fit.

Sept 7:  Now cut two segments of chain about 1 1/4 inches long.  Be sure to count the links so that you have an odd number of links.  I used 15 links in the chain.  Be sure that both segments are identical.  Insert the beginning link in the chain onto one end of the wishbone and the ending link onto the other end of the wishbone.  Make sure the chain isn't twisted so that it hangs straight.

Step 8:  Now place a very small amount of Jeweler's Cement into each end cap bead and place a 3mm end cap beads onto each end of the wire.
