WIGJIG VENDORS:
We have many vendors who sell our WigJig products and we are limited in how we can help provide exposure for these vendors. Beginning immediately, any vendor who would like to showcase their wire working classes or projects can submit to us a design for publishing in this newsletter. We will include full contact information for the vendor, including telephone, e-mail, web site, etc. Please provide information that we can publish on the Internet similar to our "FREE JEWELRY DESIGN" shown below. We request that the designs you submit use our WigJig tools. We do not require that you prepare this information in web format.

FREE JEWELRY DESIGN:
With every newsletter we provide a free jewelry design from WigJig University to spur the creative juices. This newsletter's free design is the design for the Shovel Chandelier Earrings shown at right. These earrings are a beginner's project using 20 G wire, commercial ear wire findings, head-pins, and 6mm beads. Instructions for this jewelry making project can be viewed by selecting either the pictures or the title at right. These earrings are a modification to one of our earlier designs for chandelier earrings. The chain in our earlier design is replaced by a wire component shaped on one of our WigJig tools. Based upon the preliminary feedback that we have received, this should be a very popular earring design.

Jewelry Technique:
This weeks jewelry technique is on what tools are recommended for a serious wire worker. For beginners, we generally recommend inexpensive tools. The cost of starting this hobby can be expensive, and inexpensive tools will work well to get you started. For those who are committed to making jewelry with wire and beads, the question about which tools to use is somewhat different. Many of the tools that we recommend are optional for beginners, but are mandatory for someone who is selling jewelry. The bottom line when you are selling jewelry is you need tools that will allow you to work both consistently and quickly. There are ten jewelry tools that we feel are mandatory for the serious Jeweler's Toolbox. These tools are:
