How to Unsubscribe: If you signed up for our newsletter and then decided you don't want to receive it any more, the proper way to unsubscribe is to select the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of every newsletter e-mail or to follow our sign up link above. On that sign up page we also provide a way for people to unsubscribe. Shows for 2008: We don't participate in a lot of shows because we don't have the time to run our WigJig business plus do a lot of travel. We will be participating in two shows in 2008. They are the International Gem and Jewelry Show in Tucson February 6-10 and the Bead and Button Show in Milwaukee June 5-8. You can view information on these shows here. Please note that we won't have a WigJig booth. We will be demonstrating our WigJig Tools at the Soft Flex Booth. If you will be attending either show, please stop by the Soft Flex Booth and say hello.

Silver Artistic Wire |
With every newsletter
we provide a new jewelry design
from WigJig University
to spur the creative juices. The new design for this newsletter
is the design for the Flemish Spiral Jewelry Wire & Beads Earrings
and Bracelet shown at
right and below. This is a beginner's jewelry
making project and involves making wire components on our WigJig tools
using a combination of regular metal pegs and Super Pegs.
For this project, we made three Flemish Spiral wire components using patterns on our WigJig Delphi or Centaur. You could also make these components on our WigJig Olympus or Olympus Lite. We also made many figure 8 connectors to connect the wire components and for the bracelet we made a hook clasp. The beads used in the earrings shown are a combination of 4mm glass crystal beads with 6mm glass crystal beads. |

Past Techniques: We maintain a techniques web page that provides links to the discussion of techniques in our prior newsletters. You can visit this web page here. Follow the links on that page to the discussion of the technique in that newsletter.
Warning! Joke Follows. If you have ever in your entire life been offended by any joke -- please skip the below paragraphs. It is not our intention to offend anyone! We don't write these jokes, we only re-tell jokes that we have heard on the public radio, television or over the Internet. Boomer Humor: These jokes are modifications of jokes posted on the London Daily Telegraph web site in the Speaker's Corner. The jokes were submitted by readers in London and have been modified to fit here. If you don't like these jokes, please remember, this is British humor. A man and a woman are applying for a job at the circus. The circus manager asks the man to go into the lions cage and teach the lions some tricks and the man says ladies first. At that the lady goes into the lion's cage and the lions begin to snarl and snap. The lady takes off all her clothes and goes up to the largest male lion who proceeds to lick her all over. The circus manager turns to the man and says, "Can you do that?" The man says "Without question. Just get those lions out of there and I'll be happy to show you." Here is one more quick joke: A man goes into the movies and sits down. In front of him he sees Boomer sitting in Gary's lap. As the man watches the movie, he is surprised to see that Boomer cries at the sad parts, laughs at the funny parts, and bites his nails at the scary parts. After the movie, the man says to Gary, "I am surprised by your dog. He really seemed to enjoy that movie." Gary responds "I'm surprised also. Boomer really didn't like the book." |
