SPAM filter on our computer set to accept all e-mail messages with WigJig
as the first word in the subject of the message.
If your ISP is Earthlink, you must add

BEFORE sending us an e-mail otherwise
you will not receive our response. The anti-SPAM approach used by
Earthlink effectively blocks our ability to respond to your e-mail unless

Our experience is that we are able to respond to e-mail
faster and in more detail than via other communications vehicles. In
responding to questions about our products, we like to be able to send
pictures to help with our explanation. E-mail allows us to do this.

Do you have a catalog?
No, we do not have a hardcopy catalog. Our
company is primarily an Internet company and our Internet store is our
catalog.
Do you have a store?
No, we do not have a physical store.

How will my order be shipped?
Within the US, we ship via UPS Ground or via the
U.S. Post Office Priority Mail service. Larger and heavier orders go
via UPS Ground. Orders with over $60 in merchandise for destinations
within the US will be shipped UPS Ground. Smaller and lighter orders go via Priority Mail.
All International orders are shipped via UPS, Global Priority Mail or
Global Express Mail.
When will my order be shipped?
We normally ship orders on the business day
following the business day that we received the order.
Can I get my order expedited?
Yes we do offer expedited shipping. You will
need to contact us via e-mail immediately after you place your order to
let us know that you want expedited shipping. In most cases,
overnight shipping will cost $11 more than the regular shipping costs for
your order. UPS 3 Day service will cost $7 more, and UPS 2 Day
service will cost $9 more. Once we receive your e-mail, we will
respond to let you know that we received it and will expedite the
processing of your order.
I had a problem with my order. What do I have to do
to get it corrected?
If you have a problem with an order that we sent
you, please send us an e-mail and let us know the nature of the problem.
We are committed to correcting any errors that we make to the satisfaction
of our customers.
