For orders received prior to Sunday at 7:00 PM Eastern Time through 7:00 PM Thursday, we issue email verification and ship the order on the following business day.  For orders received between 7:00 PM on Thursday evening and 7:00 PM Sunday evening, we issue email verification to customers and ship the orders the following Monday.  In a few cases, we may hold an order if an item is out-of-stock and expected within a few days. 

We ship our orders from our warehouse on the East Coast, which is a short delivery for the majority of our customers.  For customers on the West Coast, it may take a little longer (up to one week) to receive your order.


ONLINE, TELEPHONE AND FAX  ORDERS:  For online, telephone or fax orders, we accept payment via VISA, MasterCard or Discover.  We also accept payment via PayPal for online orders only.  We do not accept American Express on any orders. 

MAIL-IN ORDERS:  For mail-in orders, we accept payment via VISA, MasterCard, Discover, personal check or money order.  Please include shipping for any order with less than $60 in merchandise.  Shipping charges will be calculated by our Internet store.  Please include a list of your items, name, mailing address, telephone number and email address, along with your check or money order.  The best way to accomplish this is to print the shopping cart page including your name, address, list of items and quantities and shipping charges.  If you are uncertain about the shipping charges, you can call us or email us and we will prepare a quotation for your order including the shipping charges.

For the fastest response, please email us here ().  We generally respond to these emails within 24 hours.  We also respond to questions via telephone at 210-556-1743 or fax at 240-597-2262.  Our local telephone number is answered by a voice mail system.  This allows us to continue serving customers on the telphone while a new call comes in.   


We accept responsibility for getting your order to you.  Generally, if 10 days have passed since you placed your order and you have not received it, it may be lost.  This happens to less than one order in 1,000.  In the very rare circumstances that your order does get lost, we will replace it and ship again at our expense.  Before contacting us about a lost order, we also ask that you check around your residence and with the people who sometimes pick up your mail before assuming that your order was lost.  We do have a lot of customers who contact us, asking about their missing order, only to learn that it is either at their front door where the shipper left it, or their husband put it in the closet and forgot about it.  Please contact us at "> or 210-556-1743 regarding any missing orders.


Currently, we do not accept exchanges or back orders.


We charge sales tax in Texas (6.75%).  For international customers, while we do not charge sales tax, it may be that your Post Office, or UPS representative will ask you to pay sales tax when you pick up the shipment.  This is not something that we participate in, it is purely between you and your government.
