Because you clicked on "Help", you may have experienced some difficulty using our WigJig store. Here are a few suggestions on resolving your issue:
All customers placing an order after September 5, 2012, are considered new customers as far as the store is concerned. Therefore, login ids and passwords established prior to September 5, 2012 will no longer work in the new WigJig Store. After September 5th, please register and checkout as a registered customer, or select "Express Checkout" which does not require registration. Once registered, your newly-established login and password will work. If you decide to register, you will have access to your order history and other key account information.
If you are still having problems placing an order, please contact us directly:
a. Phone us at 800-579-WIRE (9473), leaving a voice mail with your telephone number and a suggested time to call. We will promptly return your call to take your order by phone.
b. Email us at email@example.com, providing a telephone number and a suggested time to call.
