Returns & Refunds
We cheerfully accept returns that are made within 14 days after receipt and are in their original packaging, undamaged, and unopened. We inspect every returned item to verify that it is ready for resale before we return it to inventory. We do not reimburse return postage, unless the return resulted from an error on our part. If we made a mistake or if the product we shipped is defective, we will accept the returned item for a replacement with a part that isn't defective. For customers with frequent, elective returns, we reserve the right to assess a $7.00 restocking fee for elective returns.
Please note that if you elected to have the shipping costs waived and the value of the returned merchandise brings the order total to less than $60, we will deduct our actual shipping and handling costs from the refund for the merchandise returned.
Currently, we do not accept exchanges or back orders.
Please send returned items along with a copy of the invoice you received in the shipment, via the US Post Office to the following address.
